Summary: | The invention relates to a multi-component completely-degraded polymer composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is formed by melting and mixing a starch filling master batch as a filler and a degradable polymethyl aethylenumdialkyl carbonate polymer as a matrix. The starch filling master batch is made of pre-plasticized polyvinyl alcohol-coated starch, and the degradable polymethyl aethylenumdialkyl carbonate polymer is synthesized from carbon dioxide and propylene oxide. The invention utilizes the starch filling master batch made of pre-plasticized polyvinyl alcohol-coated starch to improve the interface effects between the starch filler and the matrix, thereby increasing the strength of the composite material. Additionally, both polyvinyl alcohol and starch have water-absorbing capability, thereby promoting and accelerating the degradation of polymethyl aethylenumdialkyl carbonate polymer.
