The invention provides an electronic equipment, comprising a display screen for displaying information to a user, a light ray detecting device and a background light control device, wherein, the display screen comprises a display panel and a backlight system; the backlight system comprises an autologous light source and a light collecting device; the light collecting device is used for collecting the environmental light, the environmental light collected by the light collecting device and the light generated by the autologous light source are integrated into the background light of the display screen; the light ray detecting device is used for detecting the brightness of the environmental light and generating a brightness detecting signal; the background light control device is used for sending a background light control signal to the backlight system according to the brightness detecting signal for adjusting the autologous light source based on the environmental light collected by the light collecting device
