Summary:The invention relates to a projector heating panel which is easy to manufacture and process with low use cost, and manufacturing technique thereof. The heating panel comprises a substrate, and a transmission increasing layer combined on the substrate which is made from artificial optical crystal; the transmission increasing layer is composed of at least one layer of transmission increasing film.
