Summary: | The invention discloses highly wear-resistant allumen. The invention is characterized in that according to the weight percentage, the allumen comprises the following components: 25 to 40 percent of Al, 1 to 5 percent of Cu, 1 to 10 percent of Si, and Zn as the residual. In the invention, spray forming and the hot extrusion method of multi-step accumulated deformation are utilized to achieve small size and even distribution of silicon grains which can not be achieved through common casting, and thereby the Zn-Al-Cu-Si alloy with good wear resistant property can be obtained. |
