Summary:The invention relates to a production method for high alkalinity hollow particle molten steel heat-preserving covering agent, the method comprising the steps of: using a Raymond machine to crush lime powder to the powder lower than 200 meshes, and placing the crushed lime thin powder into a temperature-controllable high speed stirrer, adding passivator of 1-2%, controlling the temperature between 80 and 100 DEG C, stirring in high speed for 5 to 10 minutes; then mixing the passivated lime powder with wollastonite in powder, bonding agent according to the smelting-required alkalinity to form slurry, spraying and granulating to produce the high alkalinity hollow particle molten steel heat-preserving covering agent; the technology of the invention can be applied to the production flow of steel-making continuous casting procedure, and efficiently adsorb the impurities in the molten steel at the same time of guaranteeing the heat preservation effect, improving the end product quality of steel.
