Summary: | The invention discloses a production method using a sand mold to cast a cast iron piece, and a casting method of riser feeding is adopted. The production method is characterized in that dies corresponding to the formation of a casting hot mold are movably connected to cooling bars, the diameter of each cooling bar is 1/4 to 1/2 of the number of dies at the casting hot mold, the height of each cooling bar is 8 to 10 times of the diameter, and two adjacent cooling bars have arrangement space between 20 and 30 mm and uniform distribution. The cooling bars are made from carbon steel or cast iron materials; the cooling bars are connected or spliced with the screw threads of the dies. The production method can avoid shrinkage and shrinkage defects caused by the solidification of the forging piece. Besides, the method provided by the invention has high efficiency, simple structure and low cost. The production ratio of craft products is increased; the cooling bars automatically fall off in the clean-up of sand after |
