In detail, the optical waveguide film comprises a resin core, a resin clad, and the light input part. The optical waveguide film further comprises a portion smaller in film thickness than the light input part. Furthermore, provided are an optoelectrical hybrid film which is formed by joining an electrical wiring board to the optical waveguide film; and an electronic device incorporating these films.
