Summary:The invention relates to a fireproofing decorative panel including a substrate, a decorating layer and a bonding layer positioned between the substrate and the decorating layer which is made of adhesive. The adhesive part permeating from the surface to inner of the substrate forms an adhesive filter layer. The substrate is made from silica-calcium fiber composite materials or wood-plastic materials. The technical proposal of the invention is that the bonding layer and adhesive filter layer are arranged between the substrate and the decorating layer and can form a flat on the surface of the substrate, thereby improving the physical and chemical properties of the substrate effectively, helping the setting of the decorating layer, and beautifying the decorating layer.
