Electromotor commutation device, portable power tool and method for establishing electrical connection

The invention is based on an electric-motor commutation device for the pole changing of an armature unit (12), having a commutator unit (18, 60). It is proposed that the commutator unit (18, 60) is provided for making an electrical connection with the armature unit (12) by a joining movement.
