Summary: | The invention relates to cyanobacteria bloom microbial flocculant and preparation thereof. The flocculant is prepared by the steps that: the cyanobacteria bloom mud is oxidized in acid medium by KMnO4 and then dehydrated, parched and crashed. The obtained cyanobacteria bloom microbial flocculant is compounded in a concentration of 10ppm with cationic modified clay of 400ppm. The removal rate of the cyanobacteria bloom is up to 99 percent. The cyanobacteria bloom microbial flocculant of 2 ppm is compounded used with polyaluminium chloride of 2.4ppm. Flocculating activity for kaolin is up to 98percent. The cyanobacteria microbial flocculant is separately used with a dosage ranging from 32 to 36ppm. The flocculating activity for the kaolin is more than 91 percent, the most suitable pH valueof which is 9. The invention starts a novel way to utilize the cyanobacteria bloom resources.
