The invention discloses a technique of co-processing ecological type rural sewage water and rural organic solid waste. The process comprises that first adjusting supernatant fluid of an anaerobic tank and other sewage water, treating the adjusted sewage water through a tower earthworm ecological filtering tank to reach the national emission standard and blend and anaerobic ferment the lower deposits of the anaerobic tank and the rural organic solid waste in an anaerobic biogas reactor to produce biogas. The produced biogas is utilized as energy resource, the discharged methane residue is utilized as organic fertilizer or fertilizer of breeding earthworm, the obtained earthworm can also be used to adjust the purity of the post-sewage. The invention proceeds ecological and low cost treatment of the rural sewage water and rural organic solid waste via the combined action of the animal and the microorganism, simultaneously, the produced clean biogas and organic fertilizer have multiple functions of improving rura
