Based on the original production process, in the method, structured packing is used to replace dumped packing for a rectification tower or a deaeration tower; the rectification tower or the deaeration tower is changed to gas-phase feeding; washing acid in a scrubber directly returns to the scrubber without being cooled; the invention can save energy and reduce consumption, reduce investment and improve the overall technical level of the enterprises.
