The invention provides a method to continuously produce amido foam plastic. After metered resin and metered accessory ingredient are highly emulsified and mixed through an emusion system, the mixture of the resin and accessory ingredient enters a distribution system; material of proper amount and thickness is distributed on a belt; the belt moves in a microwave foaming passage; the optimum foam quality is got by regulating microwave power, air temperature inside the frothing passage and the belt speed. The foam coming out of a foam oven continuously becomes perfect products after the foam is cut on line. The high temperature air required for foaming is provided with a hot blast environmental protection oven. The exhaust gas produced during foaming is discharged after the exhaust gas is burnt by the hot blast environmental protection oven and reaches the mark.
