Summary:The invention provides an AD signal interface card based on PCI, which comprises a printed circuit board and a gold finger which is arranged at one end side of the printed circuit board, wherein, the gold finger and a PCI slot on a computer mainboard can be inserted with each other; the printed circuit board is provided with a plurality of signal test points, and each signal test point is electrically connected with a corresponding transmission address in the gold finger and a pin of a data signal. The AD signal interface card based on PCI and the PCI slot on the computer mainboard can be inserted with each other; while testing, whether the function of a southbridge on the computer mainboard is normal can be acquired through directly measures the signal of the signal test point on the AD signal interface card based on PCI.
