Summary:The invention discloses a preparation method of pearl powder. The method includes the following procedures: the raw material of pearl is crushed and ground into fine powder; the fine powder is placed into water and then is ground into fine particles; the fine particles are dissolved in the water; and the effective ingredients of the pearl are screened according to the principle that different ingredients in the pearl powder produce different buoyancy. The pearl powder prepared according to the method has a high content of the effective ingredients and low content of impurities; only the needed effective ingredients are left, which are easy to be decomposed and absorbed by the intestine and stomach of the user; and the particle of the pearl powder is 4000 to 10000 mesh, which is easy to be absorbed by the human body.
