The invention comprises an outer frame (1); and outer drum (4) supported inside an outer frame (1) through a support mechanism (3); a roller (5) which arranges a rotating shaft in such a way that the front side of the rotating shaft is higher than the inner side inside the outer drum (4); a driving unit for rotatablely driving the roller (5); a water-supplying and draining mechanism for supplying water into and draining water from the outer drum (4); and a controller forcontrolling the rotary driving of the roller (5) and the supplying water into and draining water from the outer drum (4). The invention is characterized in that the support mechanism (3) is provided with a main support mechanism having a spring and an oil shock absorber, and an auxiliary support mechanism (17 and 18) having a spring and an attenuation mechanism.
