Summary: | The invention relates to a catalytic method for splitting and preparing D-tyrosine- N, and the procedures include: (1) the preparation of the catalytic substrate, (2), the reaction of heat preservation, (3) extraction, (4) condensation followed by the secondary catalytic hydrolysis and secondary extraction, (5) condensation, hydrolysis, and decoloration and, (6) that after the decoloration liquid is condensed into a certain volume, isoelectric point is reached through regulation with dilute hydrochloric acid and dilute NaOH solution, and the liquid is kept overnight under 0-4 DEG C, washed by ice water to eliminate the impurities, filtrated and dried to obtain the product of D-tyrosine- N. Compared with the prior art, the invention has simplified method with the equipment easily accessible, which yields the product of D-tyrosine- N with high recycling ratio, high optical/chemical purity, without drop of abundance. |
