Summary:The present invention discloses 2-methyl-2-propyl-1, 3-propylene glycol carbonic diester compound synthesizing process. Inside organic solvent and in the presence of organic amine catalyst, 2-methyl-2-propyl-1, 3-propylene glycol and bis(trichloromehtyl) carbonic ester are reacted at the temperature from -10 deg.c to 120 deg.c; and the resultant is separated and purified to obtain 2-methyl-2-propyl-1, 3-propylene glycol carbonic diester.
