Summary: | This invention relates to an intracavity sum frequency full solid-state blue laser device. This inventive technical scheme is: two semiconductor lasers, two optical coupling units, two input coupling cavity lenses, two laser-gain medium, beam lens, nonlinear crystal, output coupling cavity lens. This inventive laser device comprises a complex-type resonant cavity composed by two sub-resonant cavities having common coincidence light-path. The nonlinear crystal sums the lambda 1 produced from one sub-resonant cavity and lambda 2 produced from the other cavity, to obtain 488nm wave length blue laser. This inventive laser device has advantages of: small volume, high efficiency, can be used widely in biological or medical instruments. |
