The silicon content may be 0.30 to 0.60% by weight, the manganese content may be 0.50 to 0.80% by weight, the chromium content may be 1.20 to 1.50% by weight, the molybdenum content may be 0.90 to 1.10% by weight, and the vanadium content may be 0.20 to 0.30% by weight.
