The locating module is used to provide location information, the receiving unit is used to receive the digital broadcast information broadcasted by a digital broadcast server, the input unit is used to input a random-selected service order, the processing unit is used to select a service information relative to the random-selected service order and the location information from the received digital broadcast information according to the random-selected service order and the location information, and the output unit is used to output the service information.
