Summary:The invention provides a notebook PC with a coded lock; the notebook PC comprises a host computer module group, a display module group, a coded lock which comprises a plurality of coded rings and a slot, a containing box which comprises a containing cavity containing the coded lock and is positioned on the host computer module group and a pair of block buttons which are corresponding to the slot and are positioned on the display module group. The coded lock can lock up the notebook PC; therefore, the notebook PC can be opened only when correct code is input into the notebook PC, which prevents the information in the notebook PC from being leaked and reduces the risk of the notebook PC of being stolen.
