Including the following step: a. putting the mix solution produced by the desulphurization's waste water into the reaction vessel by water pump; b, making the lime raw material into the milk of lime; c, joining the milk of lime to the reaction vessel, and collecting the ammonia after heating and agitation. And putting the ammonia into the fluid reservoir for producing the desulfurizer; d, putting the serum into the pressure filter to separate;E.the obtaining the serum and the subarid dregs. The ammonia may duplicate uses in desulphurization. The calcium sulfate may serve as the raw material of cement profession for the comprehensive utilization purpose.
