A kind of power control device includes several common power source, time sequence controller, electronic switch, voltage monitor, separating circuit and output feet, it controls sequence of electronic switches by setting a time sequence controller, so output delay time between feet can be controlled precisely, purpose of electrifying parts of whiff loom can be achieved; the voltage monitor can detect voltage of alternating power and output feet at any time, central processor of whiff loom can save parameters of whiff loom at moment of power-fail and alarms. The invention departs switch power and power control part, one hand, the components which are easy to be destroyed can be changed solely, using of components can be more flexibly, and easy to maintain; the other hand, switch power is connected under condition that power is supplied normally, frequent connections and cutting can be avoided, so service life of switch power can be extended, cost of production can be decreased.
