Summary:The lipophylic filtering material preparing process includes the following steps: 1. washing ceramic filter ball in water, stoving, flushing with alcohol and air drying to obtain ceramic filter material; 2. compounding modifying solution with high hydrogen silicone oil, distilled water and alcohol in the volume ratio of 1 to 3 to 7, sodium acetate in the amount of 1 % of distilled water and acetic acid in such amount as to regulate the pH value of the solution to 3-4; and 3. soaking the ceramic filter material inside the modifying solution at room temperature, drying, stoving and cooling to obtain the lipophylic filtering material. Thus obtained lipophylic filtering material has the features of high oil eliminating rate, easy cleaning, high mechanical strength and long service life.
