Summary: | The invention is concerned with removing gas and dust method of Al alloy fusion process. The high temperature gas and dust is droved by exhaust fan and reused the heating from fusion hearth, after dropping the temperature, it enters into tubes dryness cooler equipment, and the hot gas is cooled with the low temperature liquid of tubes. Then the dry and low temperature gas removes the dust through cloth-bag dust catcher and the dust will be adsorbed on the surface of cloth-bag and shook off with the shake of cloth-bag under the action of pulse deflation. The gas is excluded into air through pipe after filtrating with cloth-bag. This invention had 92 percent dust removing efficiency with heating callback, countercurrent temperature drop and dry tiny gas grain. The dust contain can be reduced to 20 mg/m3 from 270 mg/m3 with high efficiency. |
