The invention relates to the method and the setting structure to improve the diesel engine performance. The method is to transform the natural waste gas into the kinetic energy for the air hot-air tank of the air compressor. When giving the petrol, the valve pole and the valve canula are sealed; the speed of the double spring is adjusted and the petrol mete limiting bolt is set with adding concentration to the starting petrol, so the CO discharge can be decreased; adjusting the air distributing time and the electrical firing system to improve the petrol using ration to 60%. The machine is easy to start and has small size but big power and rotate speed range; so the high speed machine can work for long time at low speed; also it can save the lubricant to decrease the carbonizing speed of the lubricant.
