An automatic reinfusing system which is free from stain and medical mistake when blood is reinfused to a patient after the end of a hemodialysis, and is easy and simple to operate so as not to put burden on medical people. The automatic reinfusing system comprises a hemodialysis circuit, characterized in that a solution replenishing line has a replenishing solution supply source and a means for opening/closing the solution replenishing line, a dialysate supply line and a solution discharge line for perfusing to a dialyzer are provided, the above dialysate supply line and the solution discharge line respectively have solution feeding means, at least one filtering/reverse filtering third solution feeding means capable of rotating forwardly and reversely and being controlled in flow rate so as to effect filtering and reverse filtering and water slowing/solution discharging means are provided on either the dialysate supply line or the solution discharge line in parallel to the solution feeding means, and the blood feeding means and the filtering/reverse filtering third solution feeding means are allowed to communicate by an interlocking control means for controlling by interlocking a means for opening/closing the blood feeding means, the solution feeding means and the solution replenishing line, and an opening means between an artery connection end and a solution replenishing line branching part.
