The present invention provides an active material for biological treatment of sewage and waste water, microbic carrier containing the active material and method for preparing the same. As to the mentioned carrier, the must nutriment such as iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, natrium, manganese, silicon, aluminum etc gushing from the active material is transmitted into the microbic film forming on the carrier surface, which is benefit to improve the activity degree of the microbic group. Thus, it can use the biological method to treat the sewage and waste water. Furthermore, the cations suchas aluminum, calcium, iron, magnesium etc gushing from the active material combine with the phosphate of the treatment water, which reduces the total phosphorus concentration of the ultimate treatmentwater availably.
