The LCD panel includes the first base plate, horizontal wires, vertical wires, the second base plate, main interval material, compensating interval material and one liquid crystal layer. The horizontal wires and the vertical wires are set on the first base plate and overlapped mutually to form the first protuberant part; the second base plate is set over the first base plate; the main interval material capable of sliding is contacted with the first protuberant part and set on the second base plate and the compensating interval material is set around the main interval material; and the liquid crystal layer is set between the first base plate and the second base plate. When the base plate is shifted relatively to the second base plate, the decreased contact area between the main interval material and the first protuberant part is equal to the increased contact area between the compensating interval material and the first protuberant part, so as to reach homogeneous interval material compressing density and panel interval.
