Summary:The optimized loom controller process includes the following steps: setting loom parameters and running the loom in constant speed, observing the operation of the loom in certain time interval and recording loom running data, analyzing the running data and comparing with set parameters, maintaining the available loom speed and further observing in condition that the loom stop times or average stop treating time exceeds the preset value, and regulating the loom speed according to the preset value to raise the weaving speed when the loom stop times or average stop treating time is smaller that the preset value. The said optimized loom controller process can raise the economic benefit of textile mill greatly.
