The invention discloses a complete fertilizer complex fertilizer and a producing method thereof belonging to complex fertilizer field. The total nutrition of the complex fertilizer is a half of the ordinary chemical fertilizer complex fertilizer and the crop products is increased of 10-30%. Therefore, it saves the fertilizer resource, reduces the cost and decreases the plant diseases and insect pests, and reduces the usage of the pesticide.
