Summary:This invention provides a preparation technology of absolute InCl3, which applies a steady-replace mode to replace non-stable cooperated material with a stable one below 120deg. C, and a stable InCl3 containing crystal water is replaced to a non-stable InCl3 n-butyl alcohol compound then to an even non-stable InCl3 aether compound and finally to be added with nitrogen and dried to get absolute InCl3 product in the purity greater than 99% and moisture smaller than 0.1%.
