A 2.6-diaminopyridine is prepared through heating amino sodium, organic solvent and phase-transfer catalyst at 140-220 deg.C for 0.5-3 hr, dripping pyridine, Chichibabin reaction, cooling, adding water, hydrolysis reaction, cooling, crystallizing and filtering.
