Summary:This invention provides a kind of fuel cells and a method for preparing electrodes used in fuel cells, which utilizes an electrolyte film prepared by dipping alkali polymers with acid to operate under high temperature and a non-humidified condition and includes a catalyst layer electrode, which can prevent gas diffusion from being suppressed because of generated water and covering electrode catalyst containing acid, which is leaked from the electrolyte film dipped with acid. This invention also provides an electrode used in fuel cells generating energy when the electrolyte film is not humidified, said electrode includes a catalyst layer containing a catalyst with Pt, an alkali polymer and hydrophobic bonder.
