Summary:This invention relates to a disc access control and storage device including: a rotation disk for storing and moving a disc in the mode of rotation, a first push unit used in pushing said disc to a second pushing unit radially along the disc by the rotation disc, in which, said second push unit incudes a localizing groove for localizing the disc pushed by the first poush unit, an assistant fixing unit used in fixing the disc of the groove of the second localizing groove, a snatch unit for snatching said disc, a rotation unit connected to the snatch unit used in rotating the snatch unit 90 deg.to the right and to the left separately, a coordinate localizing unit connected with said rotation unit for controlling the vertical and horizontal positions of the snatch unit and at least disc machine for receiving the disc released by the snatch unit.
