Summary:The invention relates to a method for cultivating peanut bud. It comprises following steps: selecting seed, preparing material for wood box and culture medium, preparing wood box; culturing: laying sterilized sand on bottom of wood box, and laying plastic cloth above sand, pulling iron on plastic cloth, and laying peanut seed on plastic cloth with pores, covering seed with sterilized sand; putting wood box in dark and ventilating place, keeping temperature be 25- 28 Deg. C, keeping humidity and ventilation for sand; harvesting when peanut bud grows near to surface of sand without out. The invention is characterized by simple method, low cost, high yield, about 10- 15 kg peanut bud with 1 kg peanut seed.
