Summary:The invention discloses a high-performance, free space fiber amplifier module, and in the fiber amplifier module basic unit, installed depolarization filter or depolarization prism, and through depolarization filter or depolarization prism, processing deflection direction for the input light to output, and outputting the input signal light and pumping light to the fiber amplifier through the basic unit, to obtain the optical signal pumped amplification, and all optical components in the basic unit arranged in the free space according to optical path direction. When using the above structure, it can achieve optical path bending, deflection and the combination of signal light and pumping light, so that between the optical components in each module no need fiber fusion, and the input signal light and pumping light can all achieve optical signal loading, synthesis and processing in the free space, thus effectively reducing the optical path loss and size, making the products modular, improving products performance, and reducing costs.
