Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing flame-proof butalastic composite granulate, relating to cable processing technology, especially relating to the process for preparing cable oversheath granulate. The method comprises following steps: mixing resin, heating to 100+-10 Deg. C, thermal insulating, adding dibutyl ester and stirring, adding mineral wax, stabilizing agent, high-purity dibutyl ester, geoceric acid, diphenol-propane, and barium stearate, stirring and heating, refining at 160+-10 Deg. C, then extruding and moulding granulate. The granulate is used for cable oversheath, can not only increase heat-insulating property, but aslo improve flame- proof property, oil- resistance, softness, flexibility, strength for extension and mechanical performance. The invention is suitable for cable oversheath production which takes polyoxyethylene resin and powder butadiene rubber as main raw material. |
