Summary:The present invention discloses a method which is used for executing the intraocular brachytherapy and equipment for executing the method. The equipment preferably comprises a handhold transferring device which pushes the radioactive source into the conjoint sleeve or probe which locates adjacent to the target tissue. A head provides a cover-protecting storing to the radioactive source when the radioactive source retreats from the sleeve and comprises a sliding block mechanism which is used for pushing and withdrawing the radioactive source. The radioactive resource is arranged on the conducting line which has a flexible far end and relative harder near end. The invention also discloses a positioning system used for the sleeve.
