In a foldable cellular phone 100, a cross key 242e is provided on an operating surface of a second casing 2 and a side right-and-left key 203 having the same function as two direction keys of the cross key is provided on one side surface of the second casing. Further, a side up-and-down key 104 having the same function as the other two direction keys of the cross key is provided on a side surface of a first casing that is positioned on the same side as the side right-and-left key 203 when the foldable cellular phone 100 is folded in such a way that the display section 14 faces to the outside.
