Summary:An organic EL display device and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. One embodiment of the organic EL display device includes: a light-emitting layer between a first electrode and a second electrode; a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer; and a charge generation layer between the hole injection layer and the hole transport layer. The charge generation layer between the hole injection layer and the hole transport layer results in a low driving voltage, high efficiency and a long lifespan of the organic EL display device.
