Summary: | This invention relates to a carbonaceous material for negative electrode of lithium secondary battery which is prepared by firing the rice starch part of brown rice removed the pericarp and peeling, and this carbon material manufacture method. The rice starch part is selected from the middle or superior white husk when milling brown rice, while the negative carbon material is selected if there is wider peak when 2theta = 40 ~ 50deg. and more narrow peak when 2theta = 42 ~ 44 deg. in X-ray (CuK alpha) diffraction of the carbon material powder. This invention can manufacture carbonaceous material for negative electrode of lithium secondary battery same with the previous one more cheaply. |
