Summary: | The invention belongs to a method for preparing a polymer solar battery. The polymer solar battery device adopts transparent indium tin oxide ITO as the anode which is modified by polythiophene derivative mixed with poly (3,4-dioxygen ethythiophene): poly (p-styrenesulfonic acid) water solution (PEDOT:PSS); the active layer is a mixture of electron donor polymer BEH-co-MEH-PPV:PCBM; and metal adopts a compound cathode LiF/Al as the cathode, that is, a thin layer LiF is inserted between a photoactive layer and Al, so that excellent ohmic contact is formed between metal electrodes and the photoactive layer, the impedance of the system is reduced, and the performance of the polymer solar battery can be effectively improved. |
