The medium processing device of the invention is provided with a protrusion on one side of the plate part, when clamping medium, the plate part on one side comes near to that on the other, simultaneously, the protrusion contacts and gets across the medium, or after the protrusion returns, the wall surface presses the medium, when the medium is released, the plate part on one side is apart from that on the other, and simultaneously the protrusion presses the medium end to cause the medium to incline.
