The invention discloses hybridoma strain produced anti-HBeAg monoclonal antibody by bi-strain. Animals are pre-injected HbeAg before immunity and/ or after the reaction of HbeAg and ewb. The animals gain antigen epitope mono antibody recognized bong b epitope. It also discloses two anti-HbeAg mono antibodies. The antibody has good specificity and affinity, recognizes different epitopes, and can respectively cooperate with ewb and the antibody of the invention to use in double antibody sandwich method ELISA detecting HbeAg.
