A shock wave pressure disturbance aided electrospark machine for machining the fine structure with high depth/width ratio is composed of shock wave generator and its power supply, and tool electrode with electrode clamper. Said shock wave generator consists of annular focused ultrasonic transducer, sealing pad, fine electrode guider and its insulating sleeve, end cover and power connector. Its method features that the focused high-energy ultrasonic waves generated by pulse ultrasonic focusing method is used to generate the pressure shock waves with instantaneous high pressure on the soilid or liquid surface in working area for performing the directional instantaneous pressure disturbance to remove the substance generated by electrospark machining.
