A composite TiO2-based photocatayst (metallic hydroxide/TiO2) with high photocatalyzing efficiency and high power to mineralize pollutants is prepared from the aqueous solution of transition metal ions and TiO2 through proportional mixing, hydrolyzing, ageing, drying and grinding or filming.
