Summary:The invention provides a method for detecting the tomato seed with wilt-resistance, which makes use of the marking of the feature of resistant enzyme changing after inoculating the wilt with the length polymorphism gene molecule in the enlarged enzyme cut DNA fragment, and can get the breed or parental generation with tomato wilt-resistant gene. The method of this invention possesses the following characteristics: only small quantity seed is needed for the breeding of seed with wilt-resistance, the resistant difference of large quantity homozygous tomato seeds or strains can be analyzed, and choose out the resistant breeding material; the breeding generation and time can be shortened, a plurality of strain can be analyzed at the same time, the resistant gene can be identified within 2-3 months when there is the parental generation and F2 seed, which allows the new seed breeding to be finished in 1-2 years and saves labor and material resources greatly.
