The watch has a middle (2) defining a watch case (1) with a watch glass (4). The glass is attached on a bearing surface (10) formed in the middle. A bezel (14) is ultrasonically welded on the glass and on the middle. A digital display device i.e. LCD cell (20), is fixed to a lower face (8) of the glass. A printed circuit board (36) is arranged within the watch case under the display device. The display device is electrically connected to the printed circuit board by a zebra type electrical connector (40) made of elastomer material. An independent claim is also included for a method for fixing a bezel. L'invention concerne une montre comprenant une carrure (2) qui délimite avec une glace (4) une boîte de montre (1), la glace (4) étant collée sur une portée (10) ménagée dans la carrure (2), la montre étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une lunette (14) soudée par ultrasons d'une part sur la glace (4) et d'autre part sur la carrure (2).
